Auriels are a side snap nappy and were originally designed to fit my chubby thighed, small waisted, tummy sleeping cherub. The boosting is adjustable to suit any bub and is particularly useful for those tummy/front wetting bubbas.
Auriels are available in All in One/Two, fleece or minky, fitteds and PUL outers. They are currently available in three sizes.

Can I get a full Custom Order
We are currently closed to full custom orders.
How does a Semi-Custom Work
Semi-customs - are just that a custom to the degree that you can choose, the size, the type etc. But limited to fabrics that I have available in stock. I do not send out photos of all my fabrics as I have a remarkably large stashm, which changes constantly. I do not tend to buy large quantities of any print fabric. I like making limited run of nappies. Some fabrics have only been purchased in fat quarters.
We will always try to meet your needs, however we do reserve the right to refuse to do a semi-custom that we think are not in keeping with the Cherub's Kiss ideals.
You are more than welcome to provide your own fabric, but again we reserve the right not to use it, should when it arrive be unsuitable. If you provide your own fabric it must be prewashed and ready to use. Please note that no variation in price will occur should you provide your own fabric.
Semi-customs take alot longer to discuss and organise and therefore price maybe slightly above prices quoted for standard nappies.

To that end please make a couple of choices in your selection, whilst we do try to make your dreams come true in a semi-custom slot, it's not always possible.
Fabrics
What fabrics do you use?
Here at Cherub's Kiss we only use top quality fabrics. All our fabrics are prewashed, with the exception of 100% synthetic materials. We are a smoke free home, however we do have kitties, please be aware of this when purchasing if you have cat allergies. Our fabrics are kept away from the kitties, but this is no guarantee of no kitty hair on your parcel
Our Bamboo fleece is beautiful. It consists of 70% bamboo/30% Organic Cotton. It is a natural unbleached colour and is professional laundered to prevent any shrinkage from occurring.
Our preferred supplier for our bamboo is Fairy Fabrics
Malden Mills fleece - we use only Windpro and 300wt DWR - This is the best quality fleece around. Known for it's breathable yet water resistant properties, there are several types of windpro available, but all have the same qualities.

Minky - Benertex or Avyln Minky is our minky of choice.
PUL - We use fabrite 1ml PUL
Flannel for concealed layers - double napped and white.
Microfleece - a variety of brands maybe used including Malden Mills and Baum. But be assured all our microfleece is of consistent good quality and will look great wash after wash.
Cotton prints - generally all 100% cotton and mostly imported. They are cute, funky and adorable sometimes all at the same time.
Bamboo velour - beautifully soft and snuggly.
Cotton velours - again top quality poly/cotton mix for durability in a range of fabulous colours.
HoneyBoy!
What types are available?
HoneyBoy! come in a few different types. The most popular is a Malden Mills Outer HoneyBoy! HoneyBoy! comes as a standard AIO, or Quick Dry AIO Also available as night nappies, fitteds, PUL or minky PUL outers.
HoneyBoy! Licencee
This product was sewn under a special cottage industry license granted by BabyByYou!. The custom sewing of garments for resale from The HoneyBoys! (also known as the HB-Home Fleece AIO) Diaper Pattern requires a license and written permission from the copyright owner. BabyByYou! thanks you for your support of our licensed sewing contractors. While we know that our licensed sewing contractors do their very best to provide you with a quality product, BabyByYou! does not assume responsibility or any form of liability for the quality of the item made from their design by the licensee.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is to be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not email through a copy of your payment receipt within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Please ensure that you use your name as a reference. Whilst we do understand that some banks do take longer to process payment. If you send through your receipt, you can be assured that your item will not be returned to stock for non-payment.
Should the transaction receipt not be emailed within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock with no further communication. Any monies received after this time will be refunded minus a $2 restocking fee Please note that we prefer Direct Deposit for payment. A paypal surcharge of $1.50 maybe charged on your order. All paypal orders, will only be registered post as required by paypal.
If your payment is not received in a timely fashion, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
Please note should you cancel your item after purchase and payment, a restocking fee of $2 will be subtracted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any party.
Do you Layby
Please email to discuss your layby BEFORE purchasing.
One layby slot will be offered per month at my discretion. At this time the slot is only available on the 1st of the month, if you are wanting to take this slot you must email only on the 1st of the month. If more than one person emails, it will be randomly drawn from those that have emailed.
You may only have one layby per year to be fair to all.
Layby is only available for orders over $200. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of purchase and fortnightly payments are required.
No full customs will be entertained for a layby, so it must be made with fabrics that I have on hand. Dyed nappies can be requested, but these will be from stock dyes, and not made to order. You may choose no more than 2 appliqued nappies in your order.
You will be required to please email through a transaction receipt each time a payment is made.
Layby term is 8 weeks and failure to comply with these layby terms may result in the loss of your deposit and the layby being cancelled.
Non-payment
Consistent non payers will have their orders automatically cancelled, therefore please make sure you pay as per our terms and conditions.
Postage
How much is postage?
Postage will vary depending on the number of nappies you purchase.
Up to 2 nappies for $6.00. 3 or more nappies are $10.70 except for if you are in Queensland. We will always try to post in the most economical fashion.
We charge actual weight/cost plus a .30 package and handling fee.
All orders paid for by paypal must be sent registered post at your expense and there is a $1 surcharge per nappy.
All orders over $100 are sent registered post. I'm sorry but no exceptions.
All orders over $200 are sent by registered post and postage is free. This does not apply to combined purchases bought over several days.
We can unfortunately take no responsibility if you choose not to register your parcel, however we will do everything in our power to help your find your missing parcel.
Can I pick up my order?
No I'm sorry pick up is no longer available, our insurers no longer allow pickup
Can I have my goods couriered?
Yes we have a flat rate for couriered parcels in Brisbane $5
Elsewhere in Australia you may find however that Australia Post is the less expensive option, but feel free to ask for a shipping quote prior to purchase.
What days do you post?
We post parcels Monday to Friday. I'm sorry but I can no longer post parcels on the weekend. If your payment comes through over the weekend, your order will be posted Monday.
How do I know if my order has been posted?
We update the account details as orders are paid and sent, so please log into account services to check
You should also receive an email from us saying your nappy has been posted, however in times of high traffic, this may not always happen.
Combining Postage
If you would like to combine purchases please email Angel immediately on purchase. Combined invoices will only be sent if requested. Should you not wait for the amended invoice before making payment no combined postage amounts will apply.
Sizing
What size do I need?
Sizing depends entirely on your bub's shape, measurements are generally a much more accurate way of determining size than weight. And we recommend going with measurements before weight when choosing your size.
If you have queries about what size to choose, please don't hesitate to contact us, so we can recommend the appropriate size.

HoneyBoy! Sizing
Again please go with measurements before weight. HoneyBoy! Nappies are very generous in their sizing. Most people will never need a large.
Generally either a medium or medium/long will see your bub through to Toilet Training.
Newborn to fit - 2.7 - 5.5kg, Rise 33cm, Waist 27 - 35cm
Small to fit - 3.6 - 7.2kg - Rise 37cm, Waist 30 - 38cm
Medium to fit 6 - 11.5kg, Rise 46cm, Waist 41 - 53 cm
Medium Long to fit 8 - 14kg - Rise 51cm, Waist 41 - 53cm
Large to fit - 9 - 16kg, Rise 51cm, Waist 48 - 63cm X-Large to fit - 13.5kg plus, Rise 53cm - Waist 53-68cm
Snaps
Are you snaps hidden?
On some nappies the snaps are hidden and some they aren't.
Minky outer, PUL outer or Cotton Print outer, all the snaps are hidden, except for the size snap, or the last snap at the end of the wing.
For fleece and fitteds, the snaps aren't hidden. There is a reason for this, particularly for the fleece. Whilst the Minky, PUL and Cotton prints are easily topstitched close to the edge. Fleece nappies require a wider top-stitch to look aethesically pleasing and this is unable to be done on hidden snap nappies.
However you will find that the shape of the shaped booster, helps prevent marks on bubs skin.
If you are having a custom order made, you can choose to have your snaps hidden, please note however you cannot choose hidden snaps for fleece nappies.
Stockings
When do you stock?
Stockings can happen in various ways.
Randomly - no prior advertisements of stockings. Random is just that.
Set - Set stockings - a time is advertised either via my newsletter or blog.
How does a stocking work?
Make sure you are logged into Congo Cart. If you have purchased from ANY Congo Cart your log in is exactly the same. Have the item you are wishing to purchase on your screen and refresh as required, until the item says Buy Now. Now you have to be quick - I wish there was another way but unfortunately it's the quick or the dead at some stockings. The item is yours at CHECKOUT. I'm sorry to say I can no longer yours when carted. So you have to quickly put the item into your cart and then race to checkout. My stockings can be very busy and I apologise in advance, but here at Cherub's Kiss we offer a variety of ways to get one of our beautiful nappies. Please see the FAQs.
Why can't I ever find a Cherub's Kiss Nappy In stock
Cherub's Kiss nappies are made 99% by me alone. I have help from my hubby Shane, with the snapping and occasionally when my Mum is down she will help me get extra stock ready. But otherwise it's just me alone doing it. All nappies are hand cut, and mostly individually. This takes a lot more time that mass cutting items. I like my prints to be centred and this takes time. Every nappy has the same care and attention as any other. And as you know a quality piece takes time. We have 4 children and my children and family are my no 1 priority. Some weeks there is a lot of stock and some weeks nothing, it does depend totally on my family commitments. Keep checking my blog.
What is a new customer stocking?
Just that - you need to be a new customer, and never bought off me before. Doesn't matter if it's a HoneyBoy! Auriel, piece of clothing, or whatever. If you've bought from me before, through any of my stores, you are not a new customer. I have very good records and I WILL CANCEL your order if I find these rules violated. Please do not purchase on behalf of another at new customer stocking. The items you purchase must be for your own use.
Stalking/Hyena Policy
We are happy for Hyena'ing to happen. But just a few ground rules. Please only ask one person to hyena for you. It is not fair to other shoppers if you have asked 5 people to hyena for you. Payment must be made in conjuction with our normal payment terms. Item will only be sent to the address as registered for paypal, if paying by paypal. Please try and have the correct address in the shipping address for the item. Or immediately after purchase email us with the updated address. I often pack up orders as soon as a stocking finishes and I am unable to repackage orders if you change your mind as to where you'd like the item sent.
Overselling
Should Congo Cart oversell, the item for sale, will go to the first order registered through the shopping cart. I am not always able to remake an item. I can if I choose offer to make another item similar to that listed, but this is not guaranteed.
For facebook sales, they go to the first person that I can see that has commented.
Warranty
What is your warranty?
Warranty on any Cherub's Kiss Nappies regardless of type is strictly 3 months from date of purchase and only applies to the original purchaser.
If you have any queries or concerns regards your nappy please contact us immediately so as not to exceed the warranty period.
If the fault is determined to be a manufacturing fault, will cover postage from you to us and return. Nappy will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If however the fault is user error then postage costs will be covered by you along with any repair costs.
