Fabrics

What fabrics do you use?
Here at Cherub's Kiss we only use top quality fabrics. Most of our fabrics are prewashed, but there are exceptions. We are a smoke free home, however we do have kitties, please be aware of this when purchasing if you have cat allergies. Our fabrics are kept away from the kitties, but this is no guarantee of no kitty hair on your parcel

We primarily use 100% cotton fabrics or those with a low mix of polyester for ease of care. Your fabrics will be clearly stated on the listing. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to purchase .

Laces - are generally Val lace which are 90% cotton and 10% synthetic for longevity.



Payment

How do I pay?
Payment is to be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not email through a copy of your payment receipt if paying by direct deposit within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

. Payments by PayPal you are not required to send through a receipt.

Please ensure that you use your name as a reference. Whilst we do understand that some banks do take longer to process payment. If you send through your receipt, you can be assured that your item will not be returned to stock for non-payment.

Should the transaction receipt not be emailed within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock with no further communication. Any monies received after this time will be refunded minus a $2 restocking fee.

Please note that we prefer Direct Deposit for payment. All orders, will only be sent with Signature on Delivery.

If your payment is not received in a timely fashion, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock.

Please note should you cancel your item after purchase and payment, a restocking fee of $2 will be subtracted from your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any party.

Do you Layby
I'm sorry Layby is not available at this time. Should you use PayPal to pay - you can choose payment in 4 in some instances.

Non-payment
Consistent non payers will have their orders automatically cancelled, therefore please make sure you pay as per our terms and conditions.



Postage

How much is postage?
Australia - Flat rate postage of $15 applies to all orders, this includes Signature on Delivery.

England - up to 500 g - $34

Can I pick up my order?
No, I'm sorry pick up is no longer available. Our insurers no longer allow pickup.

What days do you post?
We post parcels Monday to Friday. If your payment comes through over the weekend, your order will be posted Monday.

How do I know if my order has been posted?
We update the account details as orders are paid and sent, so please log into account services to check.

You should also receive an email from us saying your nappy has been posted, however in times of high traffic, this may not always happen.



Refund and Return Policy

What is your refund and return policy.
If you have a concern or query regarding a product we sell, please contact us as first point of call, we will endeavour to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction. Whilst do not refund for change for mind as most items are OOAK or made to order. Please note that you are responsible for checking sizes before purchase. We are unable to refund should your item be charged with customs or duties on entry to your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that you adhere to your countries import duties and customs. Upon ordering, I will confirm whether your items maybe subject to customs charges

Standard consumer rights do apply to all products sold.

Change of mind returns are unavailable for custom items.



Stockings

Overselling
Should Congo Cart oversell, the item for sale, will go to the first order registered through the shopping cart. Because items are often OOAK I cannot remake the exact same item. I can if I am able offer to make you another item, but please note that delivery times are approximately 6 weeks.
For facebook sales, they go to the first person that I can see that has commented.



Warranty

Do you have a warranty on your clothing
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the construction of your garment. Please contact us. Because these are children's clothing there is to be expected wear and tear. If however, once contacted and the fault lies with constructions or issues with fabric, we will work with you to remedy the situation. Please note alterations that are requested because the child has grown, or alterations of any nature outside the scope of the original garment will be charged at $30ph plus any additional fabric, button, lace costs.
